Bar... ethics?

For some unknown reason, I was thinking about bars and batenders earlier today...
People come up, and they ask for booze and they pay for it, and so forth. But what about the people who try to down 30 shots in a hour, or something like that?
I know they'd probably just buy a bottle at the liquor store and take it home, but you can't deny that this kind of thing has happened in public too.
So, as a bartender, when you know that someone could easily kill themselves with the drinks you hand to them, what do you do?
The person's paying for the drinks, and you're just doing your job, but...
Any opinions? Am I just being a naive little highschooler?

...Somehting tells me I'm going to have trouble finding a job in college XD
